Community Living assists the members of owners corporations of more than fifty lots (or which are unique in the way they deliver services to members) by attending to their statutory administrative responsibilities and by providing specialist advice on matters of property maintenance, asset and financial management.

We have special expertise in working with developers and with residents to plan and foster an enduring sense of community and a notion of shared responsibility for decision making.
